**Terms and Conditions: Purchase and Win Competition**

1. Eligibility:

- The Purchase and Win Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

- Employees of Lost Phoenix Spirits, Cut Hill Whisky, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Criteria:

- For each purchase of Cut Hill Whisky or Lost Phoenix Spirits, one entry to the draw is earned.

- The Competition is valid for purchases made between 12th of March 2024 and 21st of April 2024 from the participating store, Southern Providore - Adelaide Airport.

- Entry requires the use of an email address subscribed to the promotional newsletter.

3. Proof of Purchase:

- The winner must provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt for the acquired Lost Phoenix Spirits or Cut Hill Whisky from Southern Prodivore - Adelaide Airport during the promotional period.

4. Prize Details:

- The prize includes an in-home tasting experience for 10 people, valued at $800.

- The prize is valid for 6 months from the draw date.

- The draw date is 22nd April 2024 at 9 am ACDT.

5. Winner Notification:

- The winner will be randomly drawn on the specified draw date.

- The winner will be notified by both email and phone within 48 hours of the draw.

6. Tasting Experience Details:

- If the winner is located in South Australia, the tasting will be conducted in person at their home.

- If the winner resides interstate, the tasting will be posted, and the experience will be provided online.

7. Acceptance of Prize:

- The winner must have proof of purchase from Southern Providore - Adelaide Airport.

- The winner must provide a valid email address subscribed to the promotional newsletter.

- The winner must provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

- The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.

- Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

8. Privacy:

- By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to the use of their personal information, including the subscribed email address, for the purpose of prize fulfilment and promotional communications.

9. General Terms:

- Lost Phoenix Spirits and Cut Hill Whisky reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time.

- The decision of Lost Phoenix Spirits and Cut Hill Whisky in all matters related to the Competition is final.
